Damaged or incorrect orders.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@lumiandaro.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
If the issue is verified, Lumi & Aro will provide a replacement item.

Lost packages.
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
