Our books are hardback with thick interior pages — built sturdier than paperback but with more storytelling space than typical board books. They're designed to survive real toddler life: spills, repeat reads, and the occasional drool.
Lumi and Aro stand about 6 inches tall — small enough for tiny arms to carry, big enough to be a real bedtime companion. Both are weighted just right for hugs.
Yes. Each card is printed on thick board stock with rounded corners and a soft-touch coating that resists smudges and sticky fingers. They're built to be shuffled, stacked, dropped, and loved for years.
Absolutely. Our plushies are CPSIA-tested and meet all U.S. children's product safety standards — embroidered features (no plastic eyes), reinforced seams, no small detachable parts. Books and flashcards use FSC-certified paper with soy-based inks, tested for lead, phthalates, and other chemicals of concern.

Lumi & Aro currently ships within the United States and internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volume. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to appear — if you don't see it, check your spam folder or drop us a note.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding holidays. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lumi & Aro is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
So sorry about that. Please contact us at hello@lumiandaro.com within 5 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. Once the issue is verified, we'll provide a replacement item.
Yes! Add gift wrap at checkout for $4 — we'll wrap each item in our signature kraft paper with a hand-tied ribbon and tuck a personalized note inside. Bundles make especially great gifts for baby showers, birthdays, and new readers.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and limited collections, Lumi & Aro does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
