Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping time

U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing via USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
Standard shipping: $8.00
Express shipping: $15.00 (1–2 business days)

We currently ship within the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout where available.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact your local post office first, then email hello@lumiandaro.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipment costs.
